Will Pete Rose ever get into the Hall Of Fame?

Say the name Pete Rose or Charlie Hustle and you will get a reaction from great baseball player to crook. Pete Rose, a switch hitter, is the all-time leader in hits, games played, at-bats, and outs.  He won three World Series rings, three batting titles, one Most Valuable Player Award, two gold gloves, Rookie of the Year, and 18 All-Star appearances at four different positions. Many of us old enough, remember in August 1989 when three years after he retired he agreed to permanent ineligibility from baseball.  He was accused of gambling on games while playing for and managing the Reds. In 1991 the Baseball Hall of Fame voted to put Pete Rose on the “permanently ineligible” list. But have views on Pete Rose changed over the years? Yes they have from the public, but the powers that control baseball and the Hall of Fame have made their decision. Is it fair, maybe or maybe not, that is up for debate. Sorry Pete; you will not get in the Hall of Fame in this lifetime. You broke the worst rule in baseball, and all of the steroid stories will get into the Hall before you. He will forever be known as one of the greats However, that Cheated!!
