Welcome to Cleveland Johnny

Welcome to Cleveland Johnny

The Cleveland Brown’s got their man, Johnny Manziel AKA Johnny Football has landed in Cleveland with the 22nd pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. Being from Ohio I feel good for the fans of Cleveland. They have been through so much from “The Fumble” to “The Shot”, they seem to find a way to give the game up know matter what sport. Let’s not talk about LeBron and the “Decision”. Needless to say it hasn’t been easy being a Cleveland sports fan. But through it all they continue to love and support their local sports teams. It has been hard to watch at times, but if you love Ohio you go through it.

But now the new General Manager of the Browns found a way to land The Big Fish, the former Heisman Trophy Winner and most exciting player in the country. Browns fans have brought over 1500 season tickets since Johnny was drafted. The buzz is in the air and it feels good! We had a major setback with the possible season ending suspension of Josh Gordan for Marijuana use. That hurt! Didn’t see that coming, but with Johnny Football on the roster we can still find a way to compete. I hope!

Honestly I don’t know! I don’t trust Johnny off the field. He seems to enjoy the limelight and he should. But I see off the field issues, not to mention the physical NFL game that he will have to adjust to. The NFL don’t love Johnny and neither do the players. Everybody wants a shot on Mr. Football, and they are gonna get it. How he handles it will decide what kind of professional career Johnny Manziel is gonna have. I have heard whispers that he is gonna be bigger then LeBron was in Cleveland. That remains to be seen but I can’t wait until Sunday’s to find out.
