NHL LOCKOUT Just another LOCKOUT

NHL LOCKOUT Just another LOCKOUT

One thing that I have learned following all the major sports lockouts, is it’s always about the money. The players want more and the owners want more than that. The owners always want to cap players salaries and the players want all the money they can get, as fast as they can get it. But, with this NHL lockout this isn’t like Baseball or the NBA.  Americans like hockey but they have over valued their importance and we are loosing interest by the second. I believe if this was Canada this deal would have been done, Because that’s the sport that they love. They grow up playing whenever they can, but not so much here. We have our hockey clubs and leagues but it just ain’t our passion like Canada. At last glance they have lost 50.8% of there season, that’s about 625 games between all NHL teams. They only play about 1230 total games, so I suggest that if they want to play hockey, then sit down and talk it out. The lockout began on September 15, 2012 and it will last for years to come in a lot of our minds because we don’t care.
